Weekly yoga classes

My yoga classes are slow, progressive and adaptable yoga practices, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end.

Monday morning class 10.30am-12noon

At Long Ashton Community Centre, 5 Keedwell Hill, Long Ashton, Bristol BS41 9DP. (If you miss a class you've paid for, you'll receive an invitation to the Tuesday evening online class and a link to the recording of that to use in your own time.)

Spring 2026 term 1
Theme: Start from where you are

Dates: 5, 12, 19, 26 January, 2, 9 February (6 classes)
Fees: £54 for block of 6 classes, or £12 per class

Spring 2026 term 2
Theme: Holding and letting go

Dates: 23 February, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 March (6 classes)
Fees: £54 for block of 6 classes, or £12 per class

Tuesday evening class 6-7pm ONLINE

Online via Zoom:

  • You'll receive the Zoom link by email during the day for each class.
  • You'll have access to the recordings of all the classes you have booked.

Booking a place

You can either book a term in advance, or pay as you go.

  • If you pay as you go - you only pay for the classes you attend, so fees can be transferred if you've paid but can't make it. This is a more flexible option.
  • If you block book a term - you are reserving your spot in class in advance and these fees are non-refundable. However if you miss an in-person class, you are welcome to attend an online class that week instead - or else give your spot to a friend. If you miss any class you have paid for, you'll receive a link to the online class to use at your leisure.

Payment by bank transfer or cash on the day. You'll receive bank details by email on booking.
